One fee on online donations covers the platform, card processing, and our planning and setup help. Anything more is priced for your fundraiser before we start.
The platform
10% of online donations
…minus whatever the donor chooses to tip. A tip of 10% or more means your school or team pays $0. Card processing is included.

- Setup & guidance using the system. We set up your campaign with you, show you around, and stay on call while it runs.
- The full platform. Student pages, teams, online and offline gifts, rewards tracking, emails and receipts.

What a $100 gift looks like
At checkout, donors can add an optional tip (12% is pre-selected). The tip counts toward the 10% fee, so your fee shrinks by the same amount.

Tips never come out of the donation. Student, team and campaign totals always show the full $100 as raised.

The fine print, in plain English
How much does it cost?
There are no setup fees, monthly fees or contracts. The platform fee is 10% of online donations, card processing included, and donors can add an optional tip that lowers your fee, down to $0. Cash and check gifts you record have no fee. Consultation and help setting up are included. See Pricing.
How are rewards, design and event planning priced?
Each one is quoted for your fundraiser, because a 150-student read-a-thon and a 900-student carnival need very different things. We agree the price with you before any work starts, and they’re billed separately from the platform fee. You only pay for what you ask us to do.
How do donor tips lower our fee?
A donor’s tip counts toward the 10% platform fee. If a family gives $100 and tips 6%, your fee drops from 10% to 4%. If they tip 10% or more, you keep the full $100. Tips are always optional and never come out of the donation.
